We saw a diurnal Barn Owl on our tour on 1st May. This can be a negative sign that they are out hunting in the day, as they did not get enough food source on the night before? Maybe it was due to the snow cover on the previous nights?
We also saw a 1st year Iceland Gull and 4 Whimbrels on the tour.
